The Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38F thermal imager incorporates the very latest in hand held thermal imaging technology, with a resolution of 384×288 thermal core, providing a clear thermal image, with enhanced recognition ranges, and a detection range up to 1.3km. Twinned with the latest wifi and integrated video recording technology the Helion 2 XQ38F thermal camera provides unrivalled performance, with a 3x to 12x magnification.

Using the latest 384×288 17µm thermal core, via 8 user selectable colour palettes, you can now spot, detect and recognize at distances unrivalled by any commercial hand held device on the market.

With a smooth progressive zoom magnification from 3x for wide open field scanning, through to 12x for up close and personal details, the Helion XQ38F is an ideal thermal imager for spotting wildlife and hunting day or night.

Integrated rangefinder

Based on estimated heights of observed objects, the stadiametric rangefinding reticle makes determining precise distances fast, easy, reliable and repeatable.

 Wireless remote control

The ergonomic, wireless remote control, with encoder wheel, puts the full range of the Helion’s capabilities at your fingertips for comfortable, convenient, hands-off operation.

Market Leading Image quality

The 17µm sensor and heat sink, located on the device’s body, effectively prevents heat build-up from the sensor and other components while also significantly reducing temperature and noise sensitivity, especially between calibrations.

Stream Vision integrated connection with mobile device.

The Stream Vision software connects the device with Android/iOS mobile unit (smartphone or tablet) which enables you to receive footage in the real time mode, to distantly operate the device with your smartphone, as well to stream online the image captured by the device to Youtube.

New integrated power supply

Helion includes a progressive autonomous B-Pack power supply consisting of a quick-detach, rechargeable IPS7, 5.2A-h battery pack designed to deliver over 8 hrs. of operation on maximum mode. Higher-powered IP14 battery packs, as well as CR123A and AA battery cases, also are available and provide a perfect off-the-grid power solution.

In addition to user favourite “white hot” and “black hot” imaging, Helion thermal scopes offer a robust array of 8 colour palettes for true colorised temperature mapping. Transitioning from colour to default white hot during operation is fast and easy.

Integrated Video Recording

Capturing still images and video is seamless with the Helionl’s built-in video recorder. Image and video content is stored internally and can easily be transferred to PC/laptop via wired connection or Wi-Fi.
