Zeiss DTi 4/35 Thermal Monocular
The new Zeiss DTI 4/35 Hand Held Thermal Imaging camera features a new 640 x 512 sensor which offers higher image resolution for better image quality at all zoom levels, as well as a longer detection range with less noise at the same zoom level compared to a smaller sensor. As a result, it offers more detail detection over greater distances.
The ZEISS DTI 4/35 is the ideal thermal imaging camera for use in close forested areas with a large field of view of 26 meters at 100 meters in combination with its best-in-class image processing quality, the ZEISS DTI 4/35 allows you to detect heat sources in greater detail even when operating in obscured locations.
High detail recognition with 640 x 512 pixel sensor
The new 640 x 512 sensor offers higher image resolution for better image quality at all zoom levels, as well as a longer detection range with less noise at the same zoom level compared to a smaller sensor. As a result, it offers more detail detection at greater distances.
Smart Standby for Extended Battery Life
When in the field, the nearest power source is often out of reach. This usually necessitates the requirement for a portable charger to ensure they don’t run out of power. This means that the extra weight of equipment has to be taken into consideration. With an impressively long battery life of 7 hours, the DTI 4 models will hold enough charge for two to four outings. Extend the battery life even further by activating the smart standby function.
Three observation modes for every situation
Different environmental situations require a different device setting. The DTI 4 has three pre-programmed observation modes: universal, detect and fog.
Discover mode
This mode highlights heat sources more effectively while reducing the cold background, allowing you to locate animals behind trees and bushes better than ever before.
Unique Movement Alert
The Movement Alert tracks the hottest heat source in the image and notifies the user when a heat source moves. The LED on the top of the unit will start flashing, or optionally the display will turn itself on. Therefore it’s possible to monitor a large area without having to hold the camera at all times.
Advanced Detection Mode
When observing wildlife or hunting, it is often hard to locate animals as they may only be partially visible due to foliage, or trees etc.
The new Zeiss DTI series “detection mode” solves this problem, allowing you to see animals concealed in foliage much easier than ever before.
